A thing we should do!
Apparently X Factor has started again… I know this because twitter gets swamped with bullshit whenever it’s on. Towards the end of the last series I thought of something that might be a nice way to help ignore said bullshit:
Basically I was gonna start an open, online listening club where each week, during the time X Factor is on we listen to a really fucking good album. We could all hit play at 9pm and talk about that week’s album on twitter (and/or other places for those without twitter) using a hashtag. Maybe #YFactor. As in Y-are-you-all-watching-this-shit-Factor. Maybe something less snobbish. Though snobbish is pretty much entirely what I’m going for here, so maybe I’ll stick with that.
Anyone up for that? If I do it I’ll let you know on here / twitter and will probably announce each week’s album on my website.

Y’alright?! Thanks for your advice on the Bob Dylan cover I uploaded before… At first I decided I would try recording it again. Then today I remembered I’d said that over a week ago and have since done nothing about it. I know myself well enough to know that if I haven’t done something in a week, I’m not gonna do it. So I just uploaded the old version.
